JOB TITLE: RADIOGRAPHER (1)JOB PURPOSE: As a diagnostic radiographer, you will work in a range of hospital departments, acquiring images to help with the diagnostic of illness and injuries.Duties and Responsibilities:conduct general x-rays, special examination like Barium studies, IVP\/IVU, HSG,Conducting ultrasound examinationsSetting up new radiology Department through policy and guide line formulationManaging radiology DepartmentPutting and setting radiation control measures to the public, Patient\/client and members of staff.Conduction radiology test such x-ray machine Output quality and other radiology machineConducting General x-ray, ultrasound examination and computerized Tomography Examination(CT) examinationsEvaluate patients\u2019 medical condition and history to determine most suitable radiographic technique for diagnosis.Working with medical Doctor\/Specialist and other health workers on how to produce images of diagnostic value.Provide support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum qualification of Diploma in Radiography.Registered with Medical Council of MalawiClosing dates for receiving applications is 04th July, 2025.
