OverviewMBL HOLDINGS LIMITED\u00a0POSITION: WAITER\/ WAITRESSJOB DESCRIPTIONROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to Lodge ManagerWelcoming and seating guests.Taking guests orders and communicate them to effectively to the kitchen and bartenders.Prepare bills at the end of the table\u2019s meal.Issue customers with their bills and process payments.Offer menu recommendations upon request.Check back on customer satisfaction by asking customers if they are satisfied with the service received and provide relevant assistance should the customer not be satisfied.Keep tables and the surrounding clean, tidy at all times.Offer excellent customer or client service.Ensure smooth run of lodge operations.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSProven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress.Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS)Basic math skillsAttentiveness and patience for customersExcellent presentation skills
