Computer literacy (valuation software, MS Office).Good communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.Job PurposeTo provide professional real estate services including property valuation, agency, management, development appraisal, and ensure compliance with the Real Estate Management Act, 2024.Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Property ValuationPrepare market and rental valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Conduct site inspections, research comparable sales, and produce valuation reports.2. Property Management & AgencyMarket, lease, and manage clients\u2019 properties.Prepare tenancy agreements and manage rent collection.Oversee repairs, maintenance, and tenant relations.3.Development AppraisalAssess feasibility of new developments.Advise on investment opportunities and market trends.4. Compliance & ReportingEnsure company operations comply with the Real Estate Management Act.Submit mandatory reports to the Real Estate Agency Council.Maintain updated licenses and renewals.5.
