Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position below:BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND REVENUE PLANNING SPECIALISTThe Business Intelligence and Revenue Planning Specialist is responsible for sourcing, transforming and interpreting raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesConducts revenue and marketing data analysis to help the business achieve the targeted revenue.Participates in the Annual operating plan (AOP) exercise through the preparation of revenue forecasting, tracking and analysis.Validates all circle price propositions, planned to launch, as a neutral vertical, to ensure that the proposition meets the overall business objective.Conducts subscriber reporting and tracking through micro level analysis and share of both GSM and Mpamba gross adds.Conducts data mining and accessibility through organizing and performing marketing reporting into\u00a0the shared drive, monitoring and analysis.Educational and professional RequirementsBachelor\u2019s degree in economics with deep understanding of advanced macroeconomics and econometrics or degree in mathematics or physics.Post graduate qualification in Finance is an added advantage.At least 3 years of marketing experience (preferably product management) in Telecom.Cross functional exposure in other business areas such as Finance and ITAbility to gather consumer behaviour insights.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Excellent presentation skills.Design skills and innovation.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Interested applicants are requested to submit their applications and Curriculum vitae (CV) to:The Human Resources and Administration Director
