Position: Security OfficerLocation: Central RegionTarget Security Group seeks disciplined and physically fit individuals to fill the role of Security Officer.
\nThe role involves enforcing company rules, policies, and procedures, conducting post inspections,
\ngathering and reporting incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of client property.Key Responsibilities:Conduct shift handovers to ensure incident management continuityWrite incident reports and liaise with supervisorsEnforce safety and security procedures per company standardsIdentify and report suspected criminal activityQualifications & Requirements:Minimum MSCEFluent in English (oral & written)Good communication, active listening, and attention to detailStrong situational awareness and decision-makingMust be at least 25 years old with a valid National IDHigh integrity and no criminal recordTeam player with willingness to handle firearms where client demandsExperience in weapon handling and security operations is an added advantagePhysical Requirements:Capable of walking, standing, observing, and jogging for extended periodsTo Apply:Submit your application to:The Human Resources & Compliance Officer
