\nReporting to: Finance ManagerAD Consult International is seeking a diligent and highly organized Payroll Officer to join our dynamic Finance Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for both internal staff and clients. If you are execution-oriented, thrive on precision, and have a solid background in statutory compliance and payroll operations, we\u2019d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing & AccuracyExecute monthly payroll runs with 100% accuracy and strict adherence to timelines.Generate payslips, PRNs, and payment files while ensuring data alignment with contracts and policy.Implement payroll changes including new hires, bonuses, terminations, and adjustments.Statutory Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with PAYE, TEVET, WHT, Pension and other statutory deductions.File tax returns and support TCC applications.Track and process pension and insurance remittances.Internal & Client ReportingGenerate payroll summaries, variance and exception reports per SLA.Support audits and provide payroll forecasts to the Finance Manager.Process Execution & Risk ManagementWork within SOPs and checklists to maintain TAT and data integrity.Identify process risks, recommend improvements, and monitor payroll legislation updates.Key DeliverablesError-free, on-time payrollsStatutory remittances and reports submitted accuratelySLA-compliant payroll reports and reconciliationsZero confidentiality breachesQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldProfessional qualification (ICAM, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantageMinimum 3 years\u2019 payroll experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong command of Malawi tax and labor regulationsProficiency in QuickBooks and payroll softwareKey CompetenciesHigh integrity, analytical thinking, and confidentialityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional time management and attention to detailExperience in SLA-based service delivery environmentsTo Apply:
