As Malawi\u2019s largest manufacturer and distributor of traditional and non-alcoholic beverages, including the iconic Chibuku Shake-Shake, premium Chibuku Super, and nutritious Super Maheu, we are proud to be a brand deeply rooted in local culture and committed to innovation, quality, and community impact.We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and ethical professional to join our dynamic team at the Blantyre Brewery as an Internal Audit Assistant.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct surprise stock counts and vehicle striping to ensure inventory integrity.Participate in cross-departmental brewery meetings to share audit insights and enhance processes.Analyze financial documents, reports, and data to identify risks and opportunities.Provide independent, objective advice to support compliance and strategic goals.Assist in documenting audit processes and preparing clear, actionable reports.Foster open communication with management to support transparency and accountability.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Internal Audit Manager.Qualifications & AttributesBachelor\u2019s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Internal Audit from a recognized institution.Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in internal or external audit.Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on audit best practices.Flexibility to work extended hours during audit periods.Your trusted brand for over 60years<\/p>\n
