SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (NF5)Posted:\u00a028 Jul, 2025Closes:\u00a005 Aug, 2025 at 6:00 PMBackgroundThe National Economic Empowerment Fund Limited (NEEF) is a government-owned Microfinance Institution whose mission is to economically empower ordinary and underserved Malawians (particularly women, youth, and persons with disability) through the provision of quality, affordable and sustainable microfinance services for improved livelihoods.NEEF invites applications from suitably qualified, mature, ambitious, professional Malawi Nationals with a passion for results and respect for ethics and hands-on experience to fill the vacant position.Job DescriptionTo support the development, review and effective implementation of policies, plans, strategies and programmes with the aim of ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProviding input in the development and review of effective customer service policies, plans, budgets, procedures and customer feedback mechanismsImplementing customer service policies, plans, budgets and procedures.Monitoring and implementing mechanisms to align with industry best practices and emerging trends in customer serviceImplementing customer feedback mechanisms to gather service improvement insights.Analyzing of customer feedback and implementation of improvements based on the insightsHandling escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutionCollaborating with Marketing to develop promotional materials that effectively communicate the Fund\u2019s services.Implementing and optimizing customer service technologies and tools.Representing the Fund at events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for its mission.Establishing and maintaining partnerships with government entities, NGOs, and community organizations to enhance service delivery.Drafting and reviewing periodic reports for submission to management as directed.Qualification and ExperienceBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.3 years relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role in customer service management or marketing roles, preferably within the financial sector or non-profit organizations.Method of ApplicationInterested candidates are encouraged to apply online by clicking the **\u201cApply Now\u201d** button below.The Chief Executive Officer
