MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (NF3)Posted:\u00a028 Jul, 2025Closes:\u00a005 Aug, 2025 at 6:00 PMBackgroundThe National Economic Empowerment Fund Limited (NEEF) is a government-owned Microfinance Institution whose mission is to economically empower ordinary and underserved Malawians (particularly women, youth, and persons with disability) through the provision of quality, affordable and sustainable microfinance services for improved livelihoods.NEEF invites applications from suitably qualified, mature, ambitious, professional Malawi Nationals with a passion for results and respect for ethics and hands-on experience to fill the vacant position.Job DescriptionTo be responsible for overseeing and managing the marketing and communications function to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProviding leadership and guidance to the marketing and communications team, setting goals, establishing priorities, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Leading development, review, and implementation of policies, plans, strategies, programs, standards, and budgets for marketing and communication.Overseeing development of brand guidelines and templates and promotional materials that effectively communicate the Fund\u2019s services.Developing content for the print and online media that best conveys key messages and meets the school\u2019s business goals.Developing and implementing a newsletter strategy for internal and external audiences.Marketing the Fund\u2019s products, services and brand.Managing all trade show participationInitiating, analyzing and conducting market surveys.Preparing regular reports for management.Qualification and ExperienceMaster\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.Must be a registered member of a relevant professional body in Malawi.5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with 3 years in a similar role in customer service management or marketing roles, preferably within the financial sector or non-profit organizations.Method of ApplicationInterested candidates are encouraged to apply online by clicking the **\u201cApply Now\u201d** button below.The Chief Executive Officer
