The specific objectives of the project include i) enhance the governance of Malawi\u2019s energy sector and ii) improve access to energy in Malawi.DAI\u00a0is looking to recruit\u00a0\u00a0Senior non-key expert 1 (SNKE-1) Feasibility Study Trainer &amp; Regulatory Framework Advisor<br \/>\nDESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENTWala Malawi TA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Non-Key Expert \u2013 1 (SNKE-1) to join the project, with focus on compliance to the Regulatory environment. This role is crucial for supporting our initiatives in the energy sector, by developing an efficient operating compliance matrix for state and non-state actors.The role is essential for achieving four specific outputs of the WALA Malawi project work plan which are:(a) Providing training to EGENCO (and other market entrants \/ IPPs) in developing feasibility studies (Task 3.1.6), (b) Identifying the regulatory bottlenecks and assess the possible regulatory adaptations to allow private sector operators to develop power plants in areas not connected to the main grid \u00a0(Task 3.1.7);
