\nTo undertake operational procurement and asset disposal and ensure that procurement and disposal is undertaken in line with the existing Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets legal framework and other related regulationsKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrafting procurement contracts and processing of Local Purchase Orders for goods, works and services and undertake all procurement administration tasks relevant to contractsProducing supplier performance reportsPreparing minutes and reports for the sub IPDC.Preparing requests for quotations and bid documents Assist in the closing, opening and evaluation of bid documentsLiaising with requisitioning units to come up with correct product and service specificationsManage the receiving of delivered goodsAttributes and competenciesFlexible and adaptable to changeOpen and willing to learnInterpersonal relationshipCommunication skillsPresentation skills.Professionalism and adherence to good work ethicsMinimum Qualifications and ExperienceA minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree from a recognised and reputable university in either Procurement, Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management Professional membership with Malawi Institute of Procurement and Supply (MIPS) and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).1 year relevant work experience in the field \/industry.APPLICATION METHOD:
