\nMedwise Pharmacy is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a professional pharmacy environment. The successful candidate will support pharmacy operations, manage stock, and deliver excellent customer service.Key DutiesGreet customers warmly, engage politely, and respond to inquiries.Assist customers in finding products and recommend suitable or alternative options when needed.Refer all prescription-related queries and medical concerns to the pharmacist.Provide basic product information, including usage instructions, dosage, and possible side effects (where applicable).Package purchases neatly, accurately, and in a customer-friendly manner.Process sales transactions through the POS system and issue receipts.Monitor and restock shelves with neatly arranged and correctly labelled products.Participate in monthly stock counts, daily spot checks, and stock reconciliation.Maintain cleanliness of shelves, counters, and the general store environment.RequirementsExperience in retail pharmacyBasic computer skills, especially POS systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.How to Apply
