Key Responsibilities:To effectively supervise and coordinate cash in transit operations ensuring service deliverable targets are met while optimizing resource allocation.Effective monitoring and or inspection of operational premises, vehicles\u2019 roadworthiness in accordance with Mandatory Security Principles.Daily operating limit and reporting complianceConduct investigations of incident occurrences leading to potential or actual loss and injuryScheduling vehicle servicing requirements in liaison with Fleet DeptEnsuring vault balances are updated and accurate in compliance with operating limitsEnsuring secure and efficient\u00a0 transit of consignments in accordance with Mandatory Security PrinciplesEnsuring cash in transit operations\u00a0 are compliant with mandatory security principles, reconciliation and operational cash controls,\u00a0 legal and regulatory controlsSupervise and develop CIT operational teams , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performanceIdentify and mitigate CIT operational risks, implementing measures to prevent lossesStakeholder managementRequirements (Qualifications and Attributes):Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management or related field with at least 2 years relevant experience.Ability to lead and manage teams, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.Objective driven and able to work with set deadlinesStrong customer service skills, with a commitment to service excellence.<\/p>\n
