Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate and efficient cash handling services in accordance with Cash Processing Centre Standard Operating Procedures.Maintain counting machines inventory and inspection reporting status.Ensure that surveillance cameras are operational.Observe dual control protocols in the CPC in accordance with ROCC and MSP.Count and record cashback residue in the CPC Ledger.Reconcile cashback residue and investigate differences arising through journal tallying.Ensure secure and efficient dispatch and receipt of consignments in accordance with ROCC & MSP.Coordinate bulk funds requisition and reconciliation.Process cash for ATM operations in accordance with Reconciliation and Operational Cash Controls.Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of cashiers to ensure high performance.Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing measures to prevent losses.Foster strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and requirements are satisfied.Requirements (Qualifications and Attributes):Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting\/Finance or related field with at least 2 years relevant experience.Ability to lead and manage teams, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.Objective driven and able to work with set deadlinesStrong customer service skills, with a commitment to service excellence.<\/p>\n
