\nDepartment: Human Resources and AdministrationPosition functionTo provide technical support for MNCS\u2019s ICT Systems; ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of hardware, software and network infrastructure.Main DutiesAssisting in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of computer hardware and softwareProviding first \u2013 line technical support to computer users Assisting in ICT equipment installations, upgrade and configurations Supporting network setup, monitoring and troubleshooting Assisting with Council\u2019s website and email account updatesSupporting data backup procedures and assisting in disaster recovery processesSupporting the implementation of ICT policies and procedures.Qualifications and ExperienceDiploma in ICT\/Computer Science or related field.
