The successful candidate will prepare students for both MANEB and Cambridge IGCSE examinations, with a strong emphasis on engaging teaching and practical learning.\u00a0Responsibilities:Deliver well-structured lessons in Biology and Agriculture that meet curriculum requirements. Prepare students effectively for internal and external assessments.Design practical and laboratory-based activities that enhance student understanding. Track, record, and report on student progress, recommending interventions where needed. Write clear and accurate student reports when required.Collaborate with other teachers to share resources and strategies.Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and administrative tasks. Supervise students during practical sessions, assessments, and exams.Contribute to extracurricular activities such as clubs or projects related to Biology and Agriculture.\u00a0Essential Personal Qualities:Passionate about Biology and Agriculture, with ability to inspire students. Strong classroom management and communication skills.Ability to engage students of varying abilities. A practicing Christian.\u00a0Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Biology, Agriculture, or a related field. 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred).Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Biology will be an added advantage.
