\nLocation:\u00a0CK Farm in Chikwawa\u00a0We are seeking for a well experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our farm, including our livestock, employees and assets.\u00a0Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity patrols by conducting regular security patrols of the farm, including the cattle enclosures, barns and surrounding areas.Access control by monitoring and controlling access to the farm, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.Surveillance by monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to potential security threats.Incident response by responding promptly and effectively to security incidents, such as trespassing, theft and vandalism.Collaborating with farm staff by working closely with the staff to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.Reporting by maintaining accurate records of security incidents and providing regular reports to management.\u00a0RequirementsValid security certificate and training (retired personnel )Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)Security guard licenseFirst Aid CertificationPrevious experience in a security roleKnowledge of security protocols and procedures, including access control and surveillance.Excellent communication skills.Physical fitness.\u00a0The qualified candidates must submit their application, copies of certificate, resume and all the necessary requirements to the following email address; shro.creckhardware@gmail.com\u00a0CC\u00a0financemanager@ckcoldstoragelimited.comClosing date for receiving applications is Friday, 29th\u00a0August, 2025<\/p>\n
