Central Poultry (2000) Limited is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the following key roles in Lilongwe:Group Head of Human ResourcesDepartment: Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Group\u2019s human resources function across multiple business units.Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals and promote a high-performance culture.Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.Oversee compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations to enhance employee engagement and retention.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR and people-related matters.Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational values at all levels.Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and effectiveness.Qualifications & Requirements:Master\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor\u2019s Degree with strong experience will be considered).A minimum of 15 years\u2019 progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in large or group-level organizations.Strong knowledge of Malawian labor laws and HR best practices.Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.Application Instructions:
