Facilitate the collection of books in line with school policyEnsure photocopying and other resources are completed correctly and in time for key lessons and support groupsCarry out general admin duties as directed by SENDcoMaintain display for learning support rooms and staff room boardProduce and maintain resources to support learningAttend and participate in regular meetingsAttend parents\u2019 evenings and other community events to promote community cohesionEstablish constructive relationships and communicate with other agencies\/professionals, in liaison with teachers, to support achievement and progress of studentsKeep up to date with educational developments and apply this knowledge to teaching and learningEnsure safeguarding training is up to dateEnsure a safe working environment and properly assess riskPastoral ResponsibilitiesPartake in team building activities, including annual residential supporting key studentsTake part in whole school events such as swimming gala and sports dayRun targeted clubs to support students with additional learning needsParticipate in Club and House activities when directed by SENDco<\/p>\n
