OPCO Limited is one of the leading Construction Company that deals in Building Constructions, Civil Engineering and Plant Hiring in Malawi and invites applications from well qualified and experienced personnel to fill the following vacant position.Assistant Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Officer\u00a0(Location \u2013 Blantyre)Responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing environmental and safety issuesDutiesEnsuring that all Environmental, Social, health and safety procedures are being documented followed and filed efficiently.Assisting staff members to adhere to safety procedures.Assisting in incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors by ensuring that all ESHS information is known to all parties.Capabilities and Requirements;Proven ability in analyzing environmental, health and safety matters and give corresponding reports against the same.Carry out impact assessment for environmental, health and safety awareness with regard to construction industry.Good project management skillsShould have a knowledge of project proposals Diploma In environmental science or its equivalent from a well-recognized institution.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be a self-starterPerson with at least five (5) years\u2019 experience in a similar role will have an added advantage.A very competitive remuneration package wil be offered in accordance with the selected candidates\u2019 performance on the job.How to Apply.
