Job Description
The Sales admin is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, negotiating sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales admin plays a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets by actively generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful sales. The position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience. In addition to closing sales, the Sales admin is responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the company by expanding the customer base.
