**Professional Housekeeper** We are seeking experienced and dedicated Professional Housekeepers to join our premium housekeeping services team in Mauritius. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping services to high-end residential and commercial clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Candidates must possess sound knowledge of modern cleaning techniques and demonstrate proficiency in the safe and effective use of specialised cleaning equipment, accessories, tools, and professional-grade cleaning products. The role requires the ability to assess cleaning requirements, select appropriate cleaning methods, and ensure that all assigned areas are maintained to impeccable standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, well-presented, customer-focused, physically fit, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of residential and commercial premises according to company standards. * Operate specialised cleaning equipment, machines, tools, and accessories safely and efficiently. * Select and apply appropriate cleaning products and chemicals based on surface type, material, and cleaning requirements. * Clean and maintain floors, carpets, upholstery, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, and other designated areas. * Carry out deep-cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialised cleaning assignments as required. * Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or irregularities observed on client premises. * Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained, cleaned, stored, and accounted for after use. * Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards when handling cleaning products and equipment. * Follow established cleaning procedures, work schedules, and client-specific requirements. * Deliver courteous, professional, and discreet service while respecting client privacy and confidentiality. * Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. * Manage time effectively to ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed deadlines. * Assist with inventory control by monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting replenishment needs. * Participate in training sessions to enhance housekeeping skills, product knowledge, and service quality. * Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure the consistent delivery of premium housekeeping services. * Undertake any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by management.
