We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide.
 
 An entry-level position responsible for performing basic accounting and administrative tasks for privatewealth clients under direct supervision. This role supports fundamental financial operations whiledeveloping knowledge of trust and company structures, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail inroutine processing activities.Core Responsibilities:• Support private wealth accounting operations• Maintain basic financial records and documentation• Follow established compliance procedures• Assist with routine client administration• Build knowledge of trust and corporate structures• Support team administrative functionsTasks:• Process basic bookkeeping entries• Update accounting records and journals• Prepare working papers and schedules• Monitor assigned client mailboxes• Gather and maintain source documents• Follow compliance checklists• Support year-end processes• Assist with client documentation• Escalate issues to supervisors• Support client reporting requirements• Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needsQualificationsEducational Background:• HSC with strong numerical skills studying for ACCA or ACA or equivalent or Degree holderProfessional Experience:• Internship or 0–1 years of experience in private wealth management or trust administration is aplusSkills and Key Behaviours:In addition to upholding our Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative), the role holder will beexpected to demonstrate the following:• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles• Basic proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)• Ability to follow compliance guidelines and procedures• Attention to detail and accuracy in routine tasks• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks• Basic communication skills for interacting with team members• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges• Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity• Proactive and collaborative team player
