Aquatics Supervisor

The Aquatics Supervisor will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. Manage, train and support all Aquatic team.

Located in the heart of Uniciti smart city, it provides a wide range of health, fitness, sports and leisure experiences. We are currently looking for an Aquatics SupervisorDUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:Be responsible for the operation of the swim team including organizing, completing assigned tasks, communicating with parents, and working with swimmers in respect of Swimming Club/AcademyResponsible for administering all swim team operations of daily workouts, team communication, and supervision of assistant coaches in respect of swimming clubsAttend all swim team functions, including but not limited to practices, meets, and coach/parent meetingsHelp teach and coach people of all ages and abilities to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the waterResponsible for the entire program for this sport for swimming clubsCommunicates with the Sports Manager about players, needs, incidents, and anything concerning the programBuild a schedule for the competitive seasonMaintains working knowledge of wellness and trends to provide effective information and support to membersMaintain documentation of in-service training, accident reports, lifeguard certifications, incident reports, maintenance records, and pool testsResponsible for school swimming programs as and when needed and ensure the increase of school programs as per targets set with Sport ManagerOversee and manage the bookings for the poolOrganise and implement dry-land training programsPrepare training programs for initiation and other swimming course and also intensive holiday programsConduct instruction evaluations and coach instructorsPrepare Roster for the Swimming Team and manage their attendance in an effective wayManage other part-time and casual assistant coaches QUALIFICATIONS:Qualified for lifeguarding around the pool and/or beachCertificate in Swimming Coaching and Life SavingA high level of knowledge in First Aid, CPR and various rescue techniques from a recognized national or international lifeguarding/water safety organizationPrevious lifeguarding & Swimming Coach experience is highly appreciatedDriven and passionate about all aspects of swimmingSelf-starter, able to work on your own initiative, and have a good eye for detail.To Apply :Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply by sending a motivation letter with their CV to:The Human Resources DepartmentCasela Ltd – Sports CenterRoyal Road, CascavelleOr on our HR email    The Management reserves the right to call only successful candidates for interview or not to make any appointment following this advertisement.·
