Assistant Sales Manager

Aqua Tours and Travel is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales capabilities with operational understanding to deliver exceptional travel solutions and drive business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:Handle company-generated leads, referral clients, and corporate accounts through calls and follow-ups, along with proactively generating new leads and acquiring new clients to drive business growth. Design and deliver customized travel itineraries tailored to client needs and preferences. Prepare accurate and detailed travel quotations and proposals with proper costing. Effectively pitch travel services, build trust with clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with Travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery and competitive pricing. Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A team player with a collaborative approach to work.3–4 years of experience in travel sales or a similar roleStrong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clientsGood understanding of travel products (inbound & outbound) Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systemsPreferred Candidate Profile Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectivelyProven capability to generate leads and develop new clientsWilling to travel domestically and internationally for corporate/group tripsCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skillsAmbitious with a long-term growth mindset Additional AdvantageKnowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo
