To assist the Quality Assurance team in testing software applications and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards. The role supports the identification of defects and contributes to the delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions across projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking functional/technical assistance over the phone or email.2. Provide 24×7 support services/assistance to clients.3. Perform troubleshooting through pertinent questions.4. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.5. Test and document changes to existing programs.6. Perform any other related functions to be assigned by the Team Leader/Project Manager.. RESOURCE TO BE ALLOCATED(Standard as allocated to all employees) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution. Knowledge of software testing principles and quality assurance processes will be an advantage. Any certification in Software Testing / Quality Assurance will be considered an added advantage. COMPETENCIESRequired Skills Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;Ability to learn job requirements and perform effectively in short time;Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours to meet tight deadlines;Required to travel abroad for overseas assignments;Customer Service oriented and ability to negotiate with customers tactfully.
