About the job INCONEK, a leading regional network integration company specializing in advanced solutions for over 15 years, is seeking motivated Associate Network Engineers to join its Engineering team.If you have a strong passion for technology and networking, this is your chance to turn that enthusiasm into a rewarding career while realizing your full professional potential.Job Description: Assist in the implementation and deployment enterprise-grade LAN/WAN network solutions.Assist in the on-site deployment and configuration of enterprise-grade network equipment, including high-end switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and other industry-standard technologies and solutions.Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documents, schematics, and technical reports, as needed.Work collaboratively with Network Engineers and Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects on customer sitesStay informed about emerging technologies and advancements to maintain expertise in the evolving networking field.Candidate profileKnowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routing, switching)Understanding of network security principles and best practices.Familiarity with network protocols such as DHCP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, and SSH.Experience with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet and Ruckus is an advantage.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.0 to 2 years of experience in a networking or IT-related roleApplicants need to have the ability to work in Mauritius.
