Bellman/ Club Car Driver

Job Summary:Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure as per One & Only Standards. Good luggage handling and personalized service with great care and courtesy, while demonstrating our Genuine Hospitality to all our guests at all time. Duties and Responsibilities:Attending daily line upResponsible for the lobby cleanliness, bell desk, trolleys, luggage room and club carsEnsure all message/parcels are delivered in room a timely mannerPrepare welcome towels and manage inventoryTake ownership of all requisition neededManage emailsUpdate flight in systemAnswer telephone callsEnsure all activities are properly logged down with clear record at the bell deskPerform all duties, other than the above as requested by the hotel, company policies  Deliver a personalized service escorting guest to their respective transfers.Read daily arrival and departure listTake record of all transfers dailyPerform any cognate duties related to the jobEnsure delivery of luggage as per hotel policyAssist guest with directionsWork as a team to ensure that all departmental target/goals are achievedEnsure that corporate, divisional and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all levelsLiaise closely with other departments and emphasizes on excellent inter-departmental relationsChecklist need to be filled / filed and send to reporting line on a daily basis via mail.Liaise with inter department for all helicopter arrivals.Have constant communication with the airport team.Offer valet parking servicePerform all duties, other than the above as requested by direct supervisor  Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:The desired qualification for this role is at least a School Certificate. The candidate should have experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French. The candate should have a valid driving licence and an updated Certificate of Character.
