 We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives [EN/FR] with the following requirements:Interact with customers through one or more channels, including: inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.Proactively resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries and manage requests by constantly improving product knowledge and technical skills.Achieve productivity goals and quality standards while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.Pay attention to detail and be versatile while documenting customer interactions and details.Follow up and escalate customer issues that require additional assistance.Update reports and communicate updates efficiently and promptly to assigned departments/supervisors.QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:1. Min SC2. Experience in the customer service environment2. Ready to work during weekends, if needed and public holidays3. Good typing skills and ability to multitask4. Self motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused5. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive6. Excellent written and spoken English and French is a MUST7.
