Sales Executive position for a growing modular construction company. The role involves client prospecting, site visits, quotations, and sales follow-up across Mauritius. Fixed salary with commission.
 
About the CompanyModulSquare is a fast-growing company specializing in modular buildings and prefabricated solutions for offices, housing, commercial spaces, and construction sites across Mauritius. Key Responsibilities Prospect new clients (B2B & B2C) across MauritiusManage incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media)Conduct site visits and client meetingsUnderstand client needs and propose suitable modular solutionsPrepare quotations and follow up until deal closureCoordinate with operations and management teamsMaintain client records and basic sales reporting  Candidate Profile Strong communication and negotiation skillsMotivated, dynamic, and results-drivenComfortable with fieldwork and client interactionsBasic computer skills (email, WhatsApp, Excel)Driving licence is an advantageExperience in sales, construction, or real estate is a plus  What We Offer Permanent positionCompetitive fixed salary (Rs 31,000 – Rs 40,000) + commissionTraining on products and sales processGrowth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companyDynamic and professional working environment
