We are recruiting for our client, a professional services organisation, who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join their Shared Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will support the Manager in coordinating daily activities, allocating tasks within the team, and ensuring the efficient administration of corporate entities in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day corporate administration activitiesOrganise and coordinate board meetings, including preparation of board packs, attendance (where required), and drafting of minutesHandle incorporation and registration of client and group entitiesConduct due diligence reviews and ensure KYC and CDD documentation is complete and up to dateEnsure statutory records are properly maintained and compliant with applicable local legislationManage statutory filings, file reviews, and periodic KYC updatesLiaise with authorities, banks, auditors, and other service providersMaintain statutory registers in accordance with the Companies Act 2001Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payments are initiated and completed within agreed deadlinesMaintain accurate records of work completed and monitor task statusCandidate ProfileDegree in Law, Management, or a related field (or equivalent)Partly qualified in ICSA or STEP would be an advantageMinimum of 1 year’s experience in corporate services within a management company or financial services environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood organisational skills with attention to detailIT proficient and comfortable working with corporate administration systemsWhat We OfferExposure to a broad range of corporate administration activitiesA collaborative and professional working environmentOpportunities for learning and career development within corporate services
