Job summaryThe Corporate & Trust Accounting Officer is responsible for maintaining accounting records and preparing financial reports for a portfolio of corporate entities and trusts. The role supports accurate financial reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accounting records for a portfolio of corporate entities and trusts.Perform day-to-day bookkeeping including posting journals, invoices, payments, and receipts.Perform monthly bank reconciliations.Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements.Complete all day-to-day matters in a timely and satisfactory manner.Effect statutory filings with MRA, FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies.Ensure high quality service delivery.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or ACCA Level 2.Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferably within a management company.Good knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards.Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good written and spoken communications skills.
