Are you passionate about data, performance insights, and improving operationalefficiency?Join our team and play a key role in optimizing last‑mile delivery performance acrossthe network.About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Analyst &Performance Monitoring Officer to support ouroperations through smart analytics and actionable insights.You will analyze delivery data, monitor operational KPIs, build dashboards, andrecommend improvements that drive service quality and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do Analyse delivery and operational data to identify trends and performance gapsMonitor key KPIs: delivery success rate, transit times, courier productivity, routeperformanceDevelop dashboards and automated reports for managementConduct root‑cause analysis on delays, failed deliveries, and exceptionsCollaborate with operations, dispatch, customer service, and IT teamsEnsure data accuracy, reliability, and timely reportingSupport forecasting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL (or similar tools)Ability to work with large datasetsExperience in logistics, courier services, or last‑mile delivery is an advantageClear communicator with strong attention to detailNice to Have Experience with delivery tracking platforms or route optimisation toolsPrevious exposure to performance monitoring in logistics or e‑commerce
