The role of the Digital Payment Representative is to provide support to customers using digital payment platforms.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:Product knowledge: Need to have a good understanding of the product (blink), including its features, benefits, and how it addresses customer needs.Identify the target audience for the product and understand their pain points and motivations to effectively tailor their sales approach.Register customer and assist to download the app, register with KYC and link bank account.Communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the product to potential customers.Establish trust, listen to customer concerns, and address them to build a positive rapport.Demonstrate persuasive selling techniques, highlighting the benefits of the product and showcasing how it can solve customer problems or improve their financial situation.Develop effective sales strategies, such as identifying key selling points, creating compelling sales pitches, call back and handling objectionsProvide excellent customer service.
