The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of all our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans and strategies for all our locations.Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, security systems, and other building infrastructure.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility maintenance and repair services.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards across all locations.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for facility maintenance and operations.Develop and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to facility management activities.Manage fit-out, renovation and refurbishment projectsCoach and manage a maintenance team. Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role, preferably in a retail or multi-site environment.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple store locations as needed.Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.
