Duties and responsibilities: Respect all food safety procedures and maintain quality standardsManage dough and stretchClean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils and keep makeline clean and participate with store cleaningMonitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food itemsMonitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking timePrepare great pizzas and side ordersCut & Pack pizzas accordinglyGreet guest upon arrival at the counterRequest customer orderUse electronic/manual ordering and cashiering system to place an orderGet payment and complete transaction Other qualifications: Minimum Form 5Holder for a Food Handler’s CertificateHave a positive personalityCustomer service orientedAble to work on a shift system including weekends and public holidays
