Reporting to the Global Financial Controller – Medical Services BL, the analyst provides primary support on compliance, accounting and internal controls, ensuring accurate reporting, adherence to policies, and strong financial governance.
 
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance) Manage the monthly balance sheet review process, in coordination with the shared services team as well as the various Finance ManagersBe the primary POC for all interco related matters including reconciliations, settlements, novations etc.Highlight potential risks and/or exposures in the balance sheet accounts as well as in existing processes/methodologies and suggest improvements/adjustments where neededPrimary responsibility for compliance and external reporting requirements such as VAT filing and auditsEnsure that recurring deliverables to Corp or other internal stakeholders are reviewed and submitted on timeAssist the Global MS FC / CFO / Finance Managers or other members of the Finance team on relevant Ad Hoc projects as may be deemed necessaryEnsure proper training and communication with the GSS team and document with process maps and SOP’sC.
