PURPOSE OF THE ROLEProvide a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the designated departmentROLE RESPONSIBILITIES1Take part in training and implement accordingly2Coordinate and oversee departmental trainings3Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area4Ensure that Vipertex (time attendance) for the kitchen, stewarding and F&B Department is being monitored on a daily basis5Ensure that monthly roster is being implemented on Vipertex6Follow up on team members sick, local leaves and absenteeism for the concerned department on Vipertex7Retrieve overtime report to discuss with the Executive Chef and the F&B Executive8Report repeated lateness or absence of team members to the reporting line9Act as hostess in restaurant during breakfast and lunch time10Converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement11Ensure that guest complaints are communicated to the superiors and follow up on action12Prepare menu translation and manage all F&B menu cards and folders13Prepare and print menus for wedding, candle light, tags for daily events14Daily updating of F&B program, follow up of email, perform outlets check and menu verification15Consult daily events for planning purposes16Prepare requisitions of supplies as per standards and control food cost17Prepare daily upselling report18Attend to requests from guest and communicate preferences to all departments concerned19Arrange for various meetings and take minutes for follow up20Comply with Quality Management System, HACCP and S&H regulations and policies21Follow-up of all procedures as per SOP22Ensure compliance to all safety standards23Participate in Eco standard/sustainable responsibility set by the hotel24Ensure energy saving (electricity, gas, water)25Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units26Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
