Freelance Branch Officer (Rodrigues)

Look into the consumer finance & Loan operations within the guidelines set forth in the Company’s credit policy framework and provide excellent quality service and information to clients.
 
Your responsibilites:‣ Onboard and review HP &; Loan applications in accordance with the company’s credit policy framework‣ Provide training and support to increase Merchant app and Noula usage rate.‣ Report &; review merchant queries and applications within the set timeframe‣ Address issues linked to compliance/KYC/remittance of merchants/merchant & payment app promptly‣ Develop new businesses during weekly field visits by onboarding new merchants‣ Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of services and actively participate in the develoment of the business with new ideas – Recommend changes/amendments to existing processes to promote efficiency and improve customer service‣ Promote a high level of integrity and ethics‣ at all times within the Rodrigues Operations and in dealing with Merchants and clients.‣ Actively engage with the local community‣ creating awareness about “noula” and showcasing its unique features and benefits and utilise persuasive communication to encourage download‣ installationa nd exploration of ”noula”‣ Generate interest and excitement around “noula” through innovative and compelling promotional strategies.‣ Establish a strong physical presence in key local areas and public spaces‣ interacting with potential users. Your profile:HSC Level or equivalent.Quick learnerCustomer-oriented and professional attitudeExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsComputer literateAvailable to work few hours per week Must already be residing in Rodrigues
