A growing, multi-country business is seeking to appoint a Group Procurement Coordinator to be based at its Mauritius office, acting as the central procurement execution hubfor operations across Africa.The Group Procurement Coordinator will manage the end-to-end procurement process, supporting in-country teams by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, coordinating international shipments, and managing invoicing.This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple markets and managing moving parts in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chainExposure to multi-country / cross-border procurement environmentsStrong understanding of international logistics and shipping processesExperience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One highly advantageous)Hands-on experience with AI tools Strong organisational and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsKey ResponsibilitiesReceive and process procurement requests from multiple African marketsSource and obtain supplier quotations across various product categoriesManage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing where requiredCoordinate international shipping and logisticsOversee order tracking from placement through to deliveryManage invoicing of goods to in-country entitiesMaintain accurate procurement records and reportingWork closely with internal stakeholders across regions to ensure timely executionWhat I am looking for;A hands-on, execution-focused individualStrong problem-solver who can operate in complex environmentsSomeone who takes ownership and drives outcomesA team player with strong stakeholder management skillsImportant NoteI am are prioritising capability, attitude and fit over rigid criteria.
