Leads talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development to attract and retain top talent. Manages performance, employee relations, and learning initiatives to foster a positive, productive workplace. Drives HR data analysis, risk management, and quality assurance, including ISO certification.
 
Talent Acquisition and OnboardingDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talentOversee the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews, providing guidance on candidate selectionOnboard new hires, ensuring they understand company culture, policies and benefitsImplement career development initiatives and succession planningPerformance ManagementImplement a value-based performance management system focused on continuous feedback and development.Support managers with performance reviews and improvement plans.Talent ManagementCollaborate with CPO on performance management, coaching and development plans for employees.Assist with succession planning and identifying high-potential employees.Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.Learning and developmentDevelop training programs to enhance employee skills and prepare for future business needs.Promote a culture of continuous learning.Employee RelationsAddress and resolve employee relation issues, including mediating conflicts and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.Fostering a positive work environment that keeps employees engaged and motivated.Payroll and CompensationAssist the Finance Department with payroll by ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to tax regulations and company policies.Develop and maintain competitive compensation and reward programs.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Manage and mitigate HR-Related risks.Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices.Data Analysis and ReportingAnalyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.Provide regular reports and data analysis on HR metrics and key performances to CPO.Health, Safety, Welfare and Well BeingEnsure employee well-being by addressing physical and mental health, stress management and workplace safety.Provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Quality Assurance and ComplianceLead the ISO surveillance and certification process, ensuring compliance with quality standardsEnsure adherence to all labour laws and company policies.Oversee disciplinary and grievance processes.Regulatory Compliance and Ethics and Adherence to Company PoliciesMaintaining compliance with company mission, values and vision.Engaging professionally with stakeholder and demonstrate integrity.Adhering to national and local regulations and safety standards.Taking responsibility and be accountable for health and safety measures.Strictly following internal procedures according to ISO Standard.Promoting business ethical practices and integrity in all professional dealings.Staying informed about changes in healthcare regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.A Master’s Degree (e.g. MBA with HR specialization) is an added advantage.Experience10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.Competencies and SkillsStrong knowledge of Workers’ Rights Act, and Labour laws.Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.People management and leadership.Organizational development and change management.Strategic workforce planning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Emotional intelligence and diplomacy.Problem-solving and conflict resolution.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Experience with HR software (Sicorax, Vipertex)Familiarity with Performance Management tools.Management reserves the right to call only the most suitable candidates for an interview and may choose not to make any appointment as a result of this advertisement.
