The Group currently relies on a Tribe of more than 2300 collborar’actors on 13 sites in 6 countries.Your responsibilities within our TribeEnsure the successful integration of employees through a proper induction process and on the job training programDraft employment contracts, addendums, certificates, end of probation letters, maternity letters and other HR lettersDraft, issue or update HR policies as and when required and ensure that all Human Resources’ Standard Operating Procedures are up to dateEnsure that proper records are kept in employee files through a proper filing system and kept in a confidential mannerServes as the human resources department representative in meetings, on committees as and when requestedLiaise and follow up on medical insurance, employee claims and re-imbursementConduct exit interviewsMaintain a proper and updated record on Sicorax (scanned documents, employee database…)Counsels and assist Managers, Team Leaders and employees in work related mattersEnsure proper follow up with MQA & HRDC for refund of coursesAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employeesCompile monthly payroll infoEnsure that proper records are maintained on Sicorax payroll and HRM Your distinctive profileGraduate (minimum 2 years of higher education), with at least 3 years experience as an HR GeneralistMastery of the legislation in forceComputer skills / knowledge of Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRMS)Autonomy / sense of priorities and anticipationMeeting deadlinesCommitment / rigour / organisationVersatilityWriting skillsSense of confidentialityCuriosityAbility to convinceAbility to listen / empathy / psychologyAbility to work in a team Withstrong position on the market, a culture focused on technology, cutting edge expertise and human intelligence, we develop the ambition to become a key player in the transformation of our profession.
