The selected candidate will perform administrative tasks and will work under the supervision of the Administrative Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTIONCheck and input customer orders.Validate picking list and issue invoices.Prepare daily return notes.Send customers credit notes electronically.Generate daily and monthly sales reports.Process goods in.Perform other duties as assigned.PROFILEAge: Between 23 to 40 years old.Qualifications: HSC with good ‘A’ Level in Accounting.Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position, especially in a commercial environment.OTHER REQUISITES AND SKILLSOrganised and Proactive.Attention to details.Ability to work under pressure and to effect multi-tasks.
