We are an Insurance broker & Investment advisor company and are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior administrator with the following profile:Role Purpose:To provide accurate and timely administrative support through system processing, professional email communication, and adherence to compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: – Accurate system data entry and checklist completion – Professional email communication with financial advisors and product providers – Meeting turnaround times without compromising accuracy- Any other general office duties, as requested by the management.- Adhering strictly to compliance and documentation requirements – Escalating incomplete or non-compliant instructions Key Competencies: – Attention to detail – Structured working style – Professional written communication – Accountability and teamwork
