Join us as Leasing Coordinator, and work together with a passionate and engaged team, to deliver on our customer promise: Shaping Singular Places!   Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Leasing Coordinator’s main responsibilities will be to coordinate the leasing activities, leasing transactions and legal documentation for our Malls.Main responsibilitiesPrepare reminder letters and renewal agreements for expiring leasesProcess applications for new lease, lease renewal, lease variationMaintain rent rolls and related lease schedules and databasesPrepare termination/expiry letters when requiredPrepare letters between landlord and tenantsProvide support in the interpretation of lease documents – assist in answering tenant questionsPrepare new tenant leases and offer lettersPrepare memos for Finance/ Account Department to raise invoices Provide administrative support to the Centre ManagerBe the person that masters the leasing process Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Management2 years prior experience in property leasing would be an advantageStrong organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and to multi-taskProficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and WordExcellent English and French – both verbal and written.Roster system Late Duty (Once per week maximum)The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at 12h30 and finishes at 20h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).Weekend Duty (Once per month maximum)The employee needs to be on duty for any two shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:Friday late shift (14h00 to 22h00)Saturday early shift (08h30 to 14h00)Saturday late shift (14h00 to 22h00)Sunday shift (08h30 to 15h00)
