Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Coordinator to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement by managing digital marketing, retail operations, and content coordination with strong organizational and communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities• Monitor and report on digital advertising performance.• Oversee Hobby.world and campaign-specific websites, ensuring readiness and smooth operation.Coordinate content shoots with photographers, videographers, and store teams.• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.• Liaise with mall management for promotions, branding, and visibility opportunities.• Ensure consistency of in-store displays and brand presentation.• Support customer service by coordinating and resolving queries when required.Skills & Competencies• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple functions (digital, retail, content, operations).• Proactive planner with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.• Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, website backends, and reporting tools.• Understanding of brand consistency across digital and retail environments.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or content operations.• Valid driving license and ability to travel independently between store and mall locations.What We Offer• Exposure to diverse marketing functions across retail and digital platforms.• Opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns and brand growth.• A collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.Apply NowIf you are organized, execution-focused, and passionate about marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
