We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding & Business Support Associate to support clients through their account setup and onboarding process.
 
 The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of financial concepts, be highly organized, and demonstrate strong communication skills across teams and with clients. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, adaptable, and capable of learning independently in a fast-paced environment.This is a fully remote role, so a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively.Working Hours: You’ll work a 5-hour shift scheduled between 7 PM-12 AM, Monday to Friday.Mandatory training will take place over 2 weeks, from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Please note that the client may extend the training if necessary.Key RequirementsFinancial Knowledge: Must be comfortable with core financial and compliance terms such as KYC, underwriting, batching, chargebacks etc.Business Support Experience: Able to assist clients with account setup and guide them through the onboarding process effectively.Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quickly learns and adapts to new tools, platforms, and internal systems.Independent & Proactive: Demonstrates initiative, learns processes independently, and works with minimal supervision while remaining tactful and solution-oriented.Organised & Professional: Effectively manages tasks, prioritises workload, and communicates clearly and professionally with both clients and internal teams.Attention to Detail: Accurately reviews and handles sensitive client information and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Collaboration Skills: Works well across departments (e.g., Compliance, Underwriting, Relationship Management) to ensure seamless client onboardingHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to use the apply feature above.Please feel free to check us out at Careers (resolvable.com).
