Responsible to collaborate between requestors, buyers, and suppliers to following up and ensuring the Materials are delivered on time to ABI. To help internal and external stakeholders to resolve the queries and concern. Analyse the problem statement and provide a timely solution to requestors.
 
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIESo Execute PO Follow up Confirmation process.o PO modification on SAPo Contact Suppliers to obtain PO status confirmation.o Analyse SAP data to evaluate PO status and follow up with supplier to make sure to deliver the materials On-Time.o Ensure daily or weekly trackers is updated on timely basis and populated with accurate information obtained from the supplier and shared with the requestor whenever applicable.o Monitor if Goods Receipt is done On time by requestor and follow up. o Play bridge between suppliers / requestor and Accounts Payable team to solve queries.o Educate and Onboard supplier or requestor on Procurement operations ways of working.o Manage daily or weekly or monthly activities along with additional process improvement.o Ensure delivery the basics with highest quality standards and on-time. o Be proactiveness on communicating with stakeholders on PO status, queries etc.o Ability to solve problem quickly and effectively applying logical thinking and creative mindset.o Be assertive and goal oriented and drive results with minimal supportQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLSRequiredLevel of educational attainment required:Graduate in the field of Business, Supply chain, or other equivalent degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious work experience (Good to have) Experience in Procurement function / Supply ChainLanguage skills required.Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)Technical CompetenciesMandatory: SAP usageProficient in Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPointCOMPETENCIES Behavioural Competencies:Beer Industry business acumenAnalytical and problem solvingAbility to work under pressure, assertive and go getter attitude.Good communication skillsContinuous Improvement MindsetOrganized and timeline focused.Resiliency and agilityInterpersonal Expertise:Effective stake holder managementAbility to be flexible with scope of work and work independently with minimal support.Ability to learn quickly without step by step by guidance.Ability to take the ownership of the projects and deliver timely and quality results.BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES  Think big, and takes on big challengesEssentialDrives resultsEssentialHas impact and influenceEssentialExecutes with disciplineEssentialActs as an ownerEssentialProactive and clear communicationEssentialBUSINESS ENVIRONMENTMain Characteristics: This is an offshore role and requires comfort with working in virtual environment. RPSS is referred to as the offshore location from where the position will be based out of.
