Coordinate daily work schedules and task assignments in close partnership with the Product Coordinator.
Manage assigned work items end-to-end, taking full ownership from initiation to resolution.
Foster seamless collaboration across global teams, engaging effectively with both onshore and offshore colleagues and stakeholders.
Deliver exceptional service by maintaining clear, professional communication (both verbal and written) with internal customers.
Apply a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving, utilizing SWOT analysis to navigate challenges effectively.
Actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Liaise directly with Product Owners to compile comprehensive Release Notes.
Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all Sprint and Release Notes through thorough review and proofreading.
Support the Knowledge Base Management process, maintaining documentation accuracy and completeness.
Develop, update, and deliver product training sessions for internal employees.
Maintain the currency of all training content and materials
Track trainee progress and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team environment.
Guarantee the responsive and timely resolution of all reported incidents
Ensure active participation and contribution during daily team huddles/stand-ups.
Note that other duties may be assigned by Agile Coach.

What do you have to offer?
Diploma or Degree holder in IT preferably.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR / Payroll environment.
2-3 years of experience in software development, testing or application support would be an advantage.
Knowledge of industry standards and project methodologies.
Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
