JMD Int Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage aluminium opening projects (B2C) from initiation to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor projects throughout all stages (order, design, production, installation, and completion)Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, builders, architects, and internal teamsEnsure all project timelines are respected and proactively address delays or challengesFollow up on site progress and ensure proper execution of worksReview project details, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracyIdentify and resolve issues quickly to avoid disruptionsMaintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholdersEnsure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleProfile & RequirementsPrevious experience in the construction sector is an advantageAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and project plansBasic knowledge of AutoCAD (training on internal systems will be provided)Good understanding of project coordination and site follow-upValid driving licence (site visits will be required)Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAutonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong follow-up.
